i don’t think you should try to ” lose weight” just start eating healthy and maybe exercising if you don’t already you’ll just be healthier, that’s the right weight for someone your height ( 115- 140) that’s the weight range i read somewhere that’s my height too

500 calorie diet isn’t very good. You do lose quite a lot in a short time but it doesn’t last long. however, your body will be really weak and you’ll be fatigued and it’s not healthy. it can also cause your face to look less attractive (i guess that’s how you could put it) because your skin’s going to be weaker as you’re not getting enough nutrients and stuff. a better way to lose weight is to cut your normal diet by 500 calories and do a lot of walking (tones your thighs really well) especially uphill and to help tone your tummy, while you’re doing your every day things, just hold your tummy tight.

I’m 5′l and 120lbs. My goal is to get to 105lbs by May. I want to start a diet soon for the summer time and I don’t really know what I should eat. Hi! I love that you are already thinking about summer, it will be here before we know it! My best plan for losing weight was combing Herbalife with working out. I have a shake for breakfast and lunch and then a sensible dinner. I was working out 6 days a week and finally got the body I wanted, that is until I got pregnant.
But I know what I need to do in order to get back where I want to be after I have my son. Let me know if you want more information, I’d be more than happy to share some great options with you.

I’m thirteen and weight 242 pounds. I should be at least 150 for my height. I heard about eating only one meal a day for two weeks and you can lose like 20 pounds is that healthy? I was going to just starve my self but I’m kind of convinced it doesn’t make you lose weight fast.

it might make you loose some weight but the smartest thing to do is just eat you normal amount off meals everyday and then make it healthy no junk food high cards or calories. mak eit low, look up healthy recicpies. And you should also exercise now go go go.

7 days is not much to lose weight. But…
Drink a lot of water. Cut salt and sodium out of your diet. Reduce your carb intake and increase your amount of fruit and vegetables. Eat lean protein once a day, such as grilled chicken, so your iron doesn’t plummet and you begin to feel ill.
My motto is, eat when you’re hungry and stop when you’re full. If you are starving yourself then you will tend to binge later. Balance your day with equal meals, preferably 5-6 small meals, although that’s hard for some people to do. I cannot stress how important drinking water is. It will flush out your system. Much of this loss could be water weight, which comes from your body’s retention of water due to your intake of salt. If you cut out salt, your water retention will decrease.
And don’t expect to lose water weight without some sort of cardio. Try 30-45 minutes a day, if you are in good physical health, which I assume you are.
